Our Programs

24/7 Medical Care

Inpatient Detoxification & Stabilization

Our flagship program provides round-the-clock medical supervision during the acute withdrawal phase. Patients stay in a safe, comfortable environment while receiving continuous neurostimulation therapy via FDA-cleared devices.

  • Duration: 3–5 days (typical), up to 7 days if clinically indicated
  • Continuous or scheduled neurostimulation therapy with an FDA-cleared auricular device
  • 24-hour nursing and daily physician evaluation
  • COWS assessment every 4–6 hours
  • Non-opioid comfort medications for nausea, insomnia, or anxiety as needed
  • Three meals daily, hydration therapy, and wellness activities
  • Recovery planning and transition coordination beginning on day 2

Ideal for: Patients with moderate to severe opioid dependence, those without a safe home environment, or individuals with complex medical or psychiatric co-occurring conditions.

Flexible Scheduling

Outpatient Neurostimulation Detox

For patients with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms and a stable home environment, our outpatient program allows individuals to receive neurostimulation therapy during daytime hours while returning home each evening.

  • Daily visits for device placement and monitoring (Mon–Fri)
  • Same tAN protocols as inpatient program
  • Take-home comfort medication kit if appropriate
  • Telehealth check-ins between visits
  • Family education and support sessions
  • Flexible scheduling for working patients

Ideal for: Patients with strong social support, employment obligations, or those who prefer to maintain daily routines during detox.

Admission Process

  1. Initial Contact: Call (844) 674-6789 anytime, 24/7. Our intake specialists will conduct a brief phone screen to assess urgency, substance use history, and insurance status.
  2. Clinical Assessment: Upon arrival, nursing staff conduct a full medical evaluation, COWS scoring, urine drug screen, and psychiatric screening. This takes 60–90 minutes.
  3. Device Placement: If medically appropriate, an FDA-cleared neurostimulation device is placed and activated by trained clinical staff. You will feel a mild tingling sensation.
  4. Acute Phase Monitoring: For 3–5 days, you receive continuous or periodic tAN therapy, vital sign checks, and symptom management. Most patients report significant relief within 30–60 minutes.
  5. Transition Planning: Our recovery team meets with you to plan the next phase — whether that's naltrexone induction, residential treatment, IOP, or outpatient counseling.
